Oakbend Addition/Construction Plans - Drainage Issue

As you know, Public Works DRC members have been reviewing the water
and sewer construction plans completely separate from paving,
grading and drainage plans. Derek Earle, with Fox & Jacobs, has
been trying very hard to get the water and sewer plans approved,
while his engineer is preparing the other roadway and drainage
plans. Staff,s review of plans have been completed and, as per
your request and for continuity, I asked Ginn, Inc. to review the
plans, too. As a result, and with the exception of a few concerns,
the above referenced plans is in compliance and ready for approval.
Please note that although we are approving the water and sewer
plans, Fox & Jacobs will only construct the sanitary sewer and will
hold off on construction of water lines. In the meantime, we will
continue monitoring this project and will review the complete final
construction plans, including paving and drainage very carefully.
I have prepared a letter to Derek Earle concerning this project and
have asked him to address all of our comments, such as drainage
issues, Freeport Parkway (State Road) design plans, paying all
applicable fees, Home Owners Association, landscaping, etc (See
attached) ·
