In accordance with your direction to cease our DRC and plan
review activities we are forwarding four revised sets of plans
and one set of our most recent review mark-ups to you for your
review, comments and response to the engineer. The plans were
mistakenly delivered to our office yesterday by the engineer with
no advance notice. We have required all plans to be submitted at
the Department of Public Works during our recent tenure as the
DRC representative and plan review coordinator.
