Street Light Fee Assessment
Dear Mr. Parsons:
On April 14, 1994, I sent you a letter for street light assessment for Northlake Woodlands East #10 Phase
B in the amount of $4,681.60. Upon further review of the credits to be applied to this subdivision from
the December, 1985 payments, it was noted that there wes still an outstanding credit of $9,176.00 to be
applied towards street lights. The entire $4,681.60 will be taken from that credit. Therefore, no money
is required to satis~ your street light fee assassment for Northlake Woodlands East #10 Phase B.
For your information the following represents the remaining credits to be applied to future Northlake
Woodlands East phases:
Construction Inspection Fees $ 8,151.97
Water Impact Fee $ 20,460.00
Sewer Impact Fee $ 20,460.00
Park Fee $ 6,975.00
Street Light Fee $ 4,494.40
Street Sign Fee $ 400.40
TOTAL $ 60,941.77
