Greg, we are ready to close out the project but are still lacking a
maintenance bond. We discussed the amount that should be
covered as $5,000 for two years. If it is more convenient for you,
the City will accept a cash bond for the amount and hold it for the
two years against any maintenance that may be needed. Let's get
this piece of the puzzle in so I can issue your Final Acceptance
letter, please.
