Georgetown Plaza- Release of Maintenance Bond
Tom Estes submitted a Certificate of Deposit in lieu of
a one year bond on October 23, 1986 for his paving of Samuel
Blvd..
Myself and Per Birdsall have conducted a final inspection
prior to release. Mr. Estes has complied with our request
to route and seal all cracks in Samuel Blvd. as well as
the approaches. He has also removed some concrete forms
at our request. You may release his Certificate of Deposit
at this time.
