Expiration of Maintenance Bond
on the Northlake Woodlands 10 Project
I have had Carl Bass meet with the repair crew from Crawford Utilities to point
out the water service that needed to be corrected.
After meeting with the repair crew, Carl informsd me that they had discovered
that there had been 10 services installed for eight lots. Therefore, Carl informed
the repairmen that the Water Utilities Department would remove the two (2) extra
services for the purpose of salvaging the loops and meter boxes.
I agree with Carl's decision and I will probably be scheduling the removal of
these services within the next two weeks.
