reference to reimbursement of assessment fees.

Mr. Parsons fee's dated 12/6/85 were calculated on his plat c0nta~i~g 375 lots
Mr. Parsons in 1987 Got approvable from the City to construct this project in'~
two (2) phases (Northlake Woodlands Phase A &. Phase B). Th~ fees dated 11/18/8T~
are based on Phase A, containing 184 lots. ' Phase B, containing 191 lots,
still to be constructed at a later date. Thank you.
