A walk-thru on the above refer~'ed--pt'o~t was conducted on 12/15/95
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Lot # 10 east entrance - no water to service.
2. Ail fire hydrants need blue bottom on street.
3. Fire hydrant on culd-de-sac lea. kine at bottom flanee.
4. Lot 2 east side of road - reglace meter yoke.
