A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
Brick pavers on both approaches -- neither approach
will be inspected until pavers are done.
Rework concrete on head wall around RCP that is running
north from Old Coppell Circle. Same on the head wall
running out to the northeast.
Slope ditch running to the northeast from head wall -
(Park's Department Greenbelt).
4. Storm sewer clean out -- regrout ring.

ADA on southwest corner needs sealed from sidewalk and
street at fiber board.
