Troth Enterprises is requesting a temporary permit to locate a mobile home
in the Northlake Woodlands East Phase 10 subdivision. The trailer would be
temporarily occupied by a person who would guard the area and hopefully
control vandalism and the dumping of trash in the subdivision. The City's
Environmental Health Department has previously worked with Troth Enterprises
to clean up trash that has been dumped in the area.
Staff recommends that a 12 month temporary permit be issued.

We ere requesting an apFearance before the City
Counsel on January 9~h, 1990 to discuss putting
a trailer home on Nor{h!ake Woodlands East # 10,
Lot 27, Block 4.
The purpose ~or the trailer home is to place a
guard in the area to try and control vandalism
and people dumping trash. Plus the area has been
used for beer drinking parties.
Tu-Eiectric has had s~reet lights stolen or knocked
over~ and we have spent well over $22,000.00 in the
last year for trash hauling and clean-up.
We woul~ appreciate your consi~era~ion in putting
us on the agenda for the Counsel meeting Jan. 9th,
1990.
