Again, I have made several attempts to contact Bill or Richard
Troth to obtain a status on their request. I finally spoke with
Richard, who said he was no longer working with that item and that
to the best of his knowledge his father was still evaluating the
options with his engineer. Richard reported to me that dumping has
once again become common and that he and Charles go through the
subdivision several times daily.
I will continue to try to find out some~hinglmore definitive.
