Since the date of my last memorandum, staff is not aware of any
changes that have taken place in regards to this development. No
progress has been made by the developer to further pursue the
platting of this subdivision.
Based on this information, staff would recommend that the file on
Park Estates be deactivated at this time. Should new information
come about on this property, the tickler could be activated at
that time. I will place all documents that I have in this matter
and give them to Ms. Greene to place in the Central file. Should
you have any questions in this matter, please let me know.
