Barricading of Northlake Woodlands East 10

Per the attached agenda item #16 and the City Secretary's notes the
City Council denied permission for the mobile home but did
entertain the idea of barricading the streets with turn arounds
provided.
Attached is also a map of the area for which barricading could
deter dumpers. Six (6) streets and six (6) alleys are identified.
also attached you will find my recommendation for barricading and
signage.

questions, please advise and inform me of when the meeting is to
take place.
