Barricading of Norhlake Woodlands East Phase 10
The City Council agreed to allow Bill Troth, developer and owner
of the above referenced property, to place a security person
at that site to observe people possibly illegally dumping or
other vandalistic activity.
The City Manager has directed me to set up a meeting with Mr.
Troth and the Fire Chief, and I would also ask that you attend
to discuss the barricadihg of this area.
Please ascertain a copy of the agenda item 16 of the 1/23/90
City Council meeting as well as written notes of the City
Secretary in order to better understand the direction of the
City Council and how we should appropriately address this issue.
Additionally, prepare a map of the area identifying the areas
in which permanent barricading should be installed and a list
of approximate costs for the materials in order that Mr. Troth
would have an idea of the cost.
Please provide this information by 1/31/90.
