Dear Mr. Parsons:
The Street Department has made a cursory inspection of the project referenced
above, which was accepted on November 19, 1987. The attached list are
problems which were recently found on the project which need to be corrected
before the expiration of the one year maintenance bond.
The correction of these problems, must be verifie~ by the Street Department
by November 16. If you have any questions, contact Per Birdsall, Street
Supervisor at 462-8495.

11) Cracked curb corner of Tanager & Bethel School southwest (patch).
12) Random cracks on Blue Jay Lots 23 & 5 running North & South by street light
(rout & seal).
13) Random cracks southeast corner of Mockingbird & Mallard (patch).
14) Random cracks east and west~ of third street ,light on Mallard approximately
5 cracks (rout & seal).
