A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by Steven
M. Morton, Chief Land Development Inspector, of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with City of Coppell
standard requirements. Committments to the landscape-streetscape ordinances
need to be addressed within the phase of home building.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from
Ihe contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one yem- from the date of this
letter.
