This memorandm is to document daily activity and telephone conversation regarding work on-
site at the above referenced addition.
Today Rogers O'Brien commenced construction activities including site grading. Inspector Larry
Davis shut them down. Although engineering plans have been approved, the Construction
Development Permit has not been issued. The permit will be issued at the pre-construction
conference scheduled for November 30, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.
Brandon, Rogers O'Brien, contacted the City to inquire about being shut down and the preceding
information was relayed to him. He was under the impression that since the pre-con had been
scheduled, grading work could commence.
