Doyl ' Engineer Pelican/Bethel School Drainage Project Recorded Easements Transmitted herewith are the original recorded easements for the installation and maintenance of storm drainage facilities, installed on subject project approved and accepted by the City Council on Tuesday, December 12, 1989. These two easements are for the Thomas F. Guidry Jr. property at 771 Pelican and the Steve Widner Inc. property being Lot 15 of Block F of the Northlake Woodlands East Phase 6 in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. There are other easements being finalized and executed that will be following these. By copy of this memo, I am providing copies to the Consultant, Ginn Inc., who administered the construction of the work and obtained the easements.
