Thank you for your letter of August 22, 1995, regarding a CDC
for the City of Coppell.
The Sandy Lake Road Bridge Hydraulic Study by Halff
Associates, Inc. was reviewed by the Corps of Engineers earlier
this year for adherence to the Corridor Development Certificate
criteria.
The project as~represented~meets the criteria set forth in
the Corridor Development Certificate manual. A letter of May 16,
1995, informed the City of Dallas of similar results of our
review.
