I have received the Notice of Intent to Process the proposed Sandy Lake Road
Improvements located within the City of Coppell as indicated in your letter dated August 22,
1995. Since the City of Carrollton along with Coppell and Dallas County are partners in this
project and agree with the hydraulic data provided by Dallas County's consulting engineer, we
have no comments or concerns with the development of this roadway.
