This memorandum is in response to a letter from Greg Yancey dated November 19, 2005
regarding Engineering comments for the above referenced,addition.
The Engineering comment in question has been reviewed and its intent is clarified herein. The
property Association Agreement between Lots 1 R, 2, and 3 should clearly describe that
stormwater runoff from Lot 2 is allowed to sheet flow across Lot 3 to the discharge point.
Additionally, the maintenance responsibility for the discharge points located on Lot 3 should be
shared by both lot owners.
This clarification has been conveyed verbally to Mr. Yancey via telephone conversation with Mr.
Griffin.
