This letter is to inform, you that Mr. Abel Saldafia has been assigned to replace
Mr. Bill Jessup as Project Engineer for the subject project(s). Mr. Saldafia was
previously the Utility/CDBG Coordinator for the Public Works Department and
his prior experience includes working with many engineering consultant firms and
municipalities in the Dallas area.
In the coming weeks, Mr. Saldafia will be contacting you concerning the subject
project(s). Please provide your assistance in order to achieve the transition and
complete the project(s) in a timely manner. Your efforts in this matter are
