Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with
a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. This
assessment is an addendum to account for a third irrigation meter.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $3,872.05 and forward to
the Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to
verify the payment of required fees.
