Bike Lanes - Supplemental Agreement
Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter is a follow up to my letter of December 1, 1994, which provided you with the
proposed Supplemental Interlocal Agreement to provide additional widening of the pavement to
include bike lanes on this section of Sandy Lake Road.
On January 18, 1995, in a telephone conversation you indicated to me that the supplemental
agreement had been approved by Coppell but was being held due to the T.U. Electric issue.
Please advise me as to when we might receive the signed Supplemental Agreement and what the
situation is at this time with regard to the T. IJ. Electric transmission line. We would very much
like to get this project design underway again.
