We have reviewed the final plat and vacated plat of the Parks Apartments
Addition to the City of Coppell, submitted by David M. Tatum, for Dallas Parks
Associates Limited Partnership. The 'final plat requires minor corrections.
We are enclosing a print of the final plat marked up with the necessary
corrections along with a copy of our Final Plat Checklist. Please see that
the final plat markup is forwarded to Pubic Works, DRC Members for their
review and comment. By copy of this letter, we are providing our final plat
checklist to Mr. Tatum.
We are also returning the original transmittal letter from Mr. Tatum to the
City of Coppell.
