Contract for Professional Services
Sverdrup Civil, Inc. is pleased to submit three (3) signed originals of the Agreement for
Professional Services for the Sandy Lake Road project. These contracts are transmitted
as a follow on to our continuing conversations and in furtherance to Sverdrup Civil, Inc.'s
proposal dated November 15, 1994.
We have deleted contract language for specific items per your request. These items
have been so noted and initialed on the signed contracts. Sverdrup Civil, Inc. will
perform the engineering services necessary to prepare engineering plans, technical
specifications, and construction cost estimates for the Sandy Lake Road Improvements.
The Scope of Services has been prepared per your meeting with Mr. Daniel Reich, P. E.
of Sverdrup Civil, Inc. and Mr. Bill Jessup, P.E. of Dallas County Department of Public
Works on October 28, 1994. Sverdrup's Scope of Services is included herein as
Appendix "A".
We look forward to receiving your Notice to Proceed with this project. Upon execution of
the contract by the City of Coppell, please forward one copy to me at the address shown
above. We look forward to working with the City of Coppell on this important
transportation facility, and if you desire, we will gladly meet with you for purposes of
having a "Kick-Off' meeting. Should you have any questions, please no not hesitate to
call.
