Dear Mr. Griffin:
As a follow on to our meeting of October 28, I would like to bring you up to date.
First, we are in the process of developing some rough drawings which will allow us to evaluate
the impacts of a southward shift of the Sandy Lake Road alignment between MacArthur Blvd.
and Kimbel Kourt. The intent is to determine if the head in parking can be saved at the
restaurant. Secondly, we are also in the process of developing manhour estimates for:
Street lighting design
Signalization design for MacArthure Blvd. and Sandy Lake Road intersection.
Design of the new 21" sanitary sewer from MacArthur Bird to the Sandy Lake
Road lift station.
I have also spoken with Mr. CJreg Saunders, Project Engineer for Rady & Associates, Inc. to
ensure that coordination issues are not overlooked. We both agree that a coordination meeting
is appropriate when both our sections are more thoroughly developed.
In the mean time, I anticipate that Sverdrup's proposal for the City of Coppell will be completed
by approximately November 11.
