Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of the construction record drawing mark-ups provided by your project superintendent and
have delivered the revised drawing to Mr. Larry Davis for his review and comment. As such, the City has
scheduled a ~nal walk-through for Tuesday, December 21, 1999 at 2:00p. m., starting at the Sandy Lake
Road/Royal Lane Intersection.
By copy of this letter, we have forwarded your final quantifies and pay request to Mr. Davis for his review and
concurrence. Once we receive his acceptance, we will forward an affidavit of final payment and waiver of
release to your office for execution.
We are available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
