This table has been revised Io reflect the actual cost of the two inch meters used on this project. In accordance with the agreement on impact fees for this project you are being assessed impact lees at the rate of a ~/4" meter, and the cost of the meter is assessed at the actual cost of the two inch meter. Please make pay~nent for the Impact Fees to the City of CoppelI in the amount of $32.100.00 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior Application for building permits for phase two of your development. The Engineering Department has placed a "hold" on building permits within this phase until such time as those fees have been paid. Please note that the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer impact Fees until th~: issuance ora Building Permit. Fees will be assessed on the two commercial lots adjacent to Coppell Road at tire time that they are developed. Those fees are not included in the attached calculations. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by' separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful continuation of this project. We look fom'ard to working with you on this project. If you have any questions, please contact me. Sincerely, Keith R. Marvilr, P.E.
