Dear Howard:
To avoid any future problems with surface water collecting and ponding over existing sanitary
sewer manholes at the north property line of MI Designs property in Park West Commerce
Center, thc currently proposed drainage swale will be graded to drain all water away from the
manhole area to this drainage swale. This drainage swale conveys all local runoff at the
northeast corner of the site to a drop inlet approximately 600 feet east.
