Dear Steve:
A condition of the approval of the Park Place Plat was to obtain the right of way from an
adjacent property for an alley intersection "Corner Clip" and a drainage easement for an inlet to
be constructed on the adjacent property next to the alley. Enclosed please find copies of the
recorded dedication deed and drainage easement to the city of Coppeli from the owners of the
adjacent property George A. Chadick and Hallie R. Chadick. Please place these documents in the
appropriate files with the city. Please call if you have any questions.
Also I have received no follow up on the Hearz Rd. utility pro-rata request.
