additional 4 lots in the referenced subdivision for early release of
building permits, in addition to those lots granted early release by memo
to Dale Jackson dated June 17, 1991. The 4 lots requested are outlined on
the enclosed copy of the plat being Blk B/Lot 8, Blk C/Lots 1 and 22, and
Blk D/Lot 3. We would appreciate your consideration of this request as
