Dear Mr. Griffin:
The consulting engineers Sverdrup Corporation, have submitted their complete preliminary
paving plans, cross-sections and drainage area maps along with their right-of-way plans, right-of-
way parcel plats and descriptions. Forwarded with this letter are two sets of each of these plans
and documents and the previously reviewed marked set of plans.
Please initiate a detailed review of these plans particularly the paving grades as to their
conformity with the requirements of the City of Coppell. I would ask that you make every
effort to provide a turn around of these plans by June 3, 1994.
Return one set of these plans and documents with your comments along with the old marked set.
The other set may be retained for your information and files.
