The four builders who will be building in this subdivision are Carmen Homes, Street Homes, Mike Clements Homes, and Brian Dalton Homes, all of which have existing contracts 1o start homes as soon as lots are available. The area of the subdivision for which we will first request the early release is outlined on the enclosed copy of the plat, and encompasses Lots 11-17 in Block A, Lots 6-12 and 13-20 in Block C, and Lots 11 and 12 in Block D. We believe this group of lots can be brought to your requirements in a very short period of time and encompass a significant portion of the new homes to be first built. We will be in touch with you by telephone sometime around the 111h or 12th of June, weather permitting, in order lo request a walk through of this particular portion of Park Place.
