The City of Coppell funding responsibility includes:
The cost of the acquisition of all fight-of-way parcels needed for this project.
This includes not only the roadway right-of-way needed, but all drainage
easements and temporary construction easements as well.
The cost of all traffic related items such as striping, buttons, pavement advisory
markings, signal foundations and traffic conduit.
The cost of any irrigation and street lighting conduit, bike lane pavement, new
(not replacement) sidewalk construction.
The cost of water and sanitary sewer relocation, adjustment or betterment work
to be included in our construction plans.
5. The cost of any project funding shortfall which occurs.
If you have any questions, please advise. Our current estimated construction award date is
November 1995.
