AH construction shall follow the City of Coppell Subdivision Oral-!nancy., Standard
Construction Details, Streetscape Plan and stamped approved plans. The activity shall be in
compliance with Erosion and Sedimentation Ordinance.
6. App!!Cnnt shall provide one copy of approved plnn~, specifications and related cost estimate
or contract of the proposed construction for the purpose of permit fee calculation.
A Construction Permit Fee in accordance with the City of Coppeli Fee Or~inauce shall be paid
prior to bc,~innin~ work.
NOTE: A separate excavation permit/s required axay~me pavemeat is cut o~"~ ~vhen there is
work in tho fight-of-way not approved by the City Engineer.
