Discussion:
The Sverdrup centerline will stay at 55' north of the existing drainage easement
through MacArthur to the end of the Sverdrup project, Sta 16 + 45. Rady &
Associates will transition their centedine from 50' north of the existing drainage
easement to meet Sverdrup's.

No additional right-of-way will be required to the north and west of MacArthur, as
there is a platted 15' landscape and sidewalk easement that will be utilized for the
parkway.
Sverdrup will show the westbound pavement west of MacArthur as 27' face to face
of curb, to provide a 3' bicycle lane. Coppell will pay additional cost.

No guardrall will be shown west of MacArthur. Sverdrup will eliminate it where
possible east of MacArthur.
Dallas County will prepare a budget to determine Coppell's financial participation
in the project. The City needs to request money in August, 1994.
The City may want to replace 10 ~ sewer in front of the shopping center with
12" or 15". Dallas Water Utilities i~l~iy also want to increase the size of the 30"
waterline to Flower Mound.
Sverdrup will send prints of plan sheets 1 and 2 to Bill Jessup and prints of the first
three plan sheets and cross sections to Robert Maly.
