Water/Sewer Availability for the Park Place Subdivision.
Dear Mr. Allen,
I spoke with Tom Wise yesterday morning and he requested a
letter be sent to your attention regarding the above referenced
matter.
In reviewing this project through the planning stages I find
that there are water and sewer facilities to serve the property.
The water would be furnished from the City of Coppell's system
(16" water line on Sandy Lake Road) and the sanitary sewer would
be connected to the sewer line that is to replace the existing 8"
line in the future Heartz Road right-of-way. The sanitary sewer
will discharge into the Coppell M.U.D. #1 system.
