Walk Thru Park West Commerce Center, Lot 1R-2 Blk 2 Daryl Flood Whse.
1. Mark on curb DWU in blue on other side of street.
2. Clean meter can below lower fittings.
3. No fall in WAD sewer line.
4. (Two) manholes past WAD need grouting on 6" llne and cleaned.
5. Mark "MH" on curb in red; 2 manholes w/WAD and 1 without WAD.
6. Locate FIt valve to M~I.D. FH covered (S.E. corner FH).
7. Change marking on F.H.V. to FLV and stub off in red.
8. FH needs blue button in street to mark FH.
9. Manhole in back of building raise to ground level.
10. Need valve extension on 2 valves 3' extension at east side of building.
