Concrete Placement Observation:
The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe the placement of 10 cubic yards of
3500 psi concrete for light pole bases.
Prior to the placement of concrete, reinforcing steel was observed and appeared to be placed in
accordance with project drawings and specifications consisting of four #8 vertical bars, and #3
horizontal bars 16" OC,
Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications
with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time.
1 set of 4 cylinders was cast for compressive strength testing in our laboratory.
