I have reviewed the above referenced plans and wish to make
the following comments:
1. Show manholes as noted on ~ark-up plans.
2. Show valves as noted on mark-up plans.
3. Minimum pipe size for water or sewer pipe is 8"i
4. Sanitary sewer lines shall be proposed witho'ut curves if
possible. Straight lines are preferred for maintenance
reasons.
5. Several conflicts with storm sewer that will have to be
noted.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
