Dear Mr. Martinez:
The city opened bids on the W. Sandy Lake project on November 29, 2005, and the construction
award is scheduled for consideration during the December 13, 2005 City Council meeting.
Construction of the project will start on January 3, 2006 and all franchise utilities impacted by
the proposed improvements need to be relocated and/or adjusted prior to that date.
Franchise utilities need to submit a Right-of-Way Use Permit Application and relocation plans
prior to starting construction, and submit a Completion Verification Notice upon completion of
the work.
