As you know, we a~r~-~presently reviewing the letter I had prepared
for you addressed to Bill Dalstrom, regarding oversize utilities,
etc. On February 15, 1991, Howard, you and myself went over all
related issues, with the exception of few items, and we addressed
most of your concerns.
I would like to request another meeting with you and Howard as soon
as possible to finalize the referenced letter. Mr. Dalstrom is
awaiting staff's response, since his receival of Ginn's letter,
dated December 19, 1990.
Please advise.
