On December 11, 1990, Howard, Gabe, Rey and Rick met with Bill
Dahlstrom and Don Davis to discuss the conditions on the above
project, that were made part of the final plat approval by the City
Council.
Attached please find a copy of Bill's letter, dated December 13,
1990 and addressed to you, outlining all the issues discussed. In
my opinion, this meeting was very productive and all of our
comments were addressed. I have asked Gabe to finalize the review
of Park West Commerce Center construction plans and to submit his
recommendation regarding final approval of said plans to us.
Please note that the only outstanding issue that Bill has mentioned
is a proposed box culvert in Southwestern Annex, which apparently
is proposed to accommodate offsite drainage west of Freeport
Parkway. We suggested that Prentiss Properties' representative(s)
get with the other property owners (possibly Santa Fe Realty) and
try to resolve this matter.
At the same time, Bill would like to know what the City's position
is regarding this matter. We indicated to him that Staff suggests
this matter be resolved between affected property owners, and that
the City would only get involved as a mediator, if needed. Bill
will keep us informed of this matter.
