As you know, I have not been actively involved with the plan review
process due to the workload and reprioritization. Ginn, Inc. is
handling the review of this project. I intend to set up a meeting
with Gabe Farve, Bill Dahlstrom, Don Davis and affected Staff to
review all the conditions related to this project.
With the copy of this memo, I request that Gabe review the attached
letter(s) and conditions set forth by the City Council, as part of
the final plat approval, and provide comments and recommendations
on this project.

The improvements to Southwestern D~ve will not be constructed until ouch tim~ as
de~med nece$$a~ by the Ci~ of Coppell due to traffic or in~aatmctum demands. In the
