Staff has continued working with representatives and engineers of
the above referenced project. Presently, the final construction
plans for the Park West Commerce Center is being reviewed by Staff
to assume compliance to the City's codes and ordinances. Also, the
related floodplain study report, prepared byAlbert N. Halff, has
been submitted to the City and is being reviewed by Mr. Ron
Morrison of Kimley-Horn on behalf of the City. The final plats
that were submitted to engineering division for execution regarding
floodplain management, were given to Mr. Don Davis for some minor
revision, so that necessary floodplain related notes be delineated
on said plats.
Upon receival of Mr. Morrison's recommendation of approval and
return of final plats from Mr. Davis, we will execute the final
plats and will return to the Planning Department, if all items are
addressed.
Please note that subject final construction plans have been sent to
Ginn, Inc. for final review and comment, as per your direction.
Please note that it appears that most conditions, as part of
related final plat approval, have been and/or are being addressed.
Staff will continue monitoring this project and will keep you
informed.
