Re: Grapevine Creek Hydraulic Study
Dear Mr. Ratliff:
On March 23, 1990, Prentiss Properties engaged Albert Halff
Associates to perform a hydraulic study of Grapevine Creek
within the boundaries of the Park West Commerce Center.
Our attorney, Bill Dahlstrom, recently advised me that the City
has engaged Albert Halff Associates to perform a hydraulic study
for a large area of Coppell that adjoins our property. He
further advised me that it is the city's preference to include
our study in the larger study, probably by "change order" to the
larger study.
We have no objection to our study being part of the larger
study. To that end, I am enclosing a copy of our agreement with
Albert Halff. We agreed to pay Albert Halff a maximum of
$12,000 for the work. If you want to add this work to your
study, we will contribute $12,000.00 to the cost of the study.
