The following items have been noted to me by Brent Adams, who
inspected the site on 5-14-90.
1. Drop inlet on the southeast corner
-18" RCP needs grouting
-top needs mortared
Drop inlet at junction of 18" & 54" RCP
needs grout around bricks

Check and remove excess ram neck in 54"
and both 36" RCP's
West driveway approach
-rout and seal joint to street
-remove and replace asphalt areas
West driveway (west side)
-crack at barrier free ramp
East driveway
rout and seal, street side
7. Patch curb on east side of east drive
Belt Line and Airline Drive - drop inlet tie in both need
regrouted around RCP
