Landscaping, Irrigation and Grading Plan
Dear Mr. Pritchett:
We have reviewed the revised plans you submitted on the above
referenced project. You have picked up the markup plans from our
office on this date. As shown on your revised plans, the proposed
berm along Belt Line Road is no longer within the 14' parkway and
the existing berm is to be moved back into private property. As
you and Shohre have discussed, please make appropriate revisions
and submit at least five sets for approval. In addition, we have
the following listed comments, otherwise we have no objection to
your proposed plans.
The existing sprinkler heads, right behind the traffic control
cabinet and next to the traffic pole box by the curb, need to
be relocated and/or removed.
The traffic control box shall be clear of any obstruction of
materials such as dirt and other foreign material. If you
have any questions, please call Dana Kamp, Sign/Signalization
Technician at 462-8495.
It is our understanding that you are seeking permitting from
Building Inspections for this project. Since the subject berms are
now within private property, there is no need for a permit from the
Public Works Department, Street Division. Since we have been
involved extensively in this review, we will follow through by
providing that approval although due to your changes in design it
is now not technically necessary.
We again reiterate the importance of.. the coordination of the
construction of improvements with the plat improvements proceeding
through the City's platting process being designed by Don Davis.
