Park West Commerce Center Preliminary Plat - Water and Sewer Plans
I have reviewed the Park West Commerce Center proposed water/sewer plan, and find that
there are several items that are being proposed that I have concerns about. I would like to
meet with Don Davis to discuss my concerns. It will also be necessary for Mr. Davis to provide
separate water and sewer plans as directed in our previous meeting.
I do not feel it is necessary to hold up the preliminary plat due to these concerns; however,
I do feel that it is necessary for Mr. Davis to work with us to insure that these concerns are
addressed prior to going into final plat.
One of the major concerns I have is the proposed sanitary sewer in this development. Mr
Davis proposes to discharge sewer flows from this entire site into existing sewer lines that
may not even be capable of handling the additional flows. I feel that it is necessary for Mr.
Davis to perform a study to determine if the existing sewers can take the flow that could
be discharged from this site without exceeding maximum capacity.
